Locations


This is just part of our list of locations where we have held weddings. Aside from the hotels and beaches, we do work with several local churches if you would prefer an indoor setting. All prices listed below are subject to change.

Carmel

Carmel River State Beach


$125 non-refundable processing fee and a variable ($100-$1,000) refundable deposit depending upon size of wedding and $200 for weddings with props and/or musicians.  State Parks require a million dollar liability insurance policy, and that you hire a “monitor” (2 hours x $52) for events over 100 people or for 50 or more people with alcohol

Carmel Beach


$0 (unless catered or over 50 people - then it is $550 but a refundable cleaning deposit)

Pebble Beach

Pebble Beach


No permit fee but every guest pays Pebble Beach Gate entrance fee (currently $9.25 per car). First come, first serve (no space reservations accepted).

Carmel Valley Park


$300 (for use of their Gazebo) plus $300 additional for BBQ area + $200 cleaning fee (refundable)

Carmel Valley

Middle Beach

We have teamed up with real estate professionals to offer some of the finest homes on the Monterey Peninsula. The idea: Rent a home for your wedding weekend (or week), host your bridal party/family and have the wedding and reception in one location. For our rainy months, you also have a built in weather back-up plan!

Pine Inn Hotel and Il Fornaio Restaurant


Outdoor terrace and indoor banquet room. No charge for utilizing their beautiful space as long as food and beverage are consumed.   Library for intimate weddings/renewals

Monterey Museum of Art


One of the premiere spaces on the Monterey Peninsula and a fine art museum.

Hotel Suites


Sometimes when you are having a smaller, intimate ceremony (especially renewals) you can have your ceremony take place inside of a larger hotel suite. We work with all of the hotels on the Peninsula and can help you find the best accommodations for this purpose (and even decorate the bedroom for your honeymoon!)

Beach Resort Monterey


We’ve partnered with this wonderful hotel right on the ocean, on the Monterey Bay.  Here you can have your ceremony in one of three areas - delightful garden area, deck overlooking the ocean or on the sand on the beach.  Packages start at just $949 for up to 10 people.  Package includes location, officiant and one hour of wedding photography.  For more information please contact us.  Additional options are available. 
























Point Lobos State Natural Reserve is a very special place.  Not only in its home to rare and endangered plants and animals, the Reserve is also rich in cultural history.  Because of this, they have restrictions on weddings in the Reserve.  You can have weddings sized up to 100 in the Piney Woods area and up to 50 people in the South Shore Terrace area.  Permit rates start at $500 for the South Shore Terrace and at $750.00 for the Piney Woods area. The Reserve has a $150 non refundable processing fee.
