Sometimes having an elopement ceremony with just the two of you or a handful of friends and family is preferred. Without so many guests, you can have a beautiful ceremony in any number of scenic locations (some of which only allow for 10 or less guests) on any day of the week (Monday's are quite popular -- less people in public places, less traffic, better hotel rates and availability etc..).
We love elopement ceremonies and we have enjoyed being a part of these smaller celebrations since 2009 in areas ranging from scenic beaches and cliffs in Big Sur to beautiful, ocean view parks in Pacific Grove and even hotel balconies overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Below, we have listed our Monterey Carmel elopement packages (offered just about anywhere in Monterey County). If you are planning to visit the Monterey Peninsula and you would like a simple, beautiful wedding for just the two of you (and up to 8 guests if you are looking for a place with no permit/reduced permit fees; otherwise more than 10 people is fine but larger permit fees starting at $400 will apply).

Perhaps you have a vision of the overall look of your elopement ceremony in Monterey, Carmel or any other location in Monterey County. We have teamed up with other professional, local vendors to help make your dreams come true. Along with our officiant and photographer team, we can help coordinate:
• Vintage furniture rentals (couch, chairs, tables, lamps, blankets etc..)
• Catering (such as a picnic for two for after the ceremony)
• Decorations (Specific wedding arches, chandeliers, signs, LED candles, lanterns)
• Videography
• Music (classic guitar, harp, violin, vocalist)
• Florals (looking for something other than a rose bouquet? We will coordinate with local florist to get the specific look you want).
For these additional items, we don't mark up the items (you pay what we pay). Just like a traditional wedding planner / day of coordinator, we do have an additional fee for coordinating these additions and ensuring delivery / set up / timeline. The coordination fee will depend on your additions (starts at $250).

- Award-Winning Wedding officiant with a beautiful elopement ceremony incorporating your preferences on vows, readings, rituals, religious beliefs and more.
- Filing of the Marriage License you bring to the wedding. If you desire a confidential marriage license (does not require a witness), we can direct you to how to easily obtain one in town. We handle the witness signatures and turning in your wedding license back to the county clerk.
- Assistance with site selection. We can help you find the best Monterey wedding venues (some site fees/permit fees may apply). Keep in mind we have had ceremonies at over 175 indoor and outdoor locations and as locals, we know the best places. We also have a special permit that allows for a very inexpensive permit in CA State Park locations and will process this with our insurance. For the site selection assistance, we will send you sample photo galleries from all locations that best match your needs.
- Recommended vendor list (e.g. florists, bakeries, hair and makeup etc...)
- For site selection, vendors, hotel and restaurant recommendations, a total of a half-hour of planning time.

- Our Liability Insurance (required by many locations; if using your own photographer, make sure they are properly insured for your protection).
- A private online secured site where we communicate and you can find a copy of your agreement, all of our emails, maps and invoices.

- Filing of the Marriage License you bring to the wedding. If you desire a confidential marriage license (does not require a witness), we can direct you to how to easily obtain one in town. We obtain the witness signatures and file your marriage license with the proper county clerk.
- Assistance with site selection. We can help you find the best Monterey wedding venues (some site fees/permit fees may apply). As locals, we know the best places. We can send you sample photo galleries and check for permit requirements. If having your wedding at at State Park beach/cliff/park, we can process that permit and use our insurance (permit fee is small additional fee from the State Parks).
- One hour of professional wedding photography (you receive all edited images via digital download (80 - 100) to share on the web and print as you wish -- no requirements to buy prints from us!).
- Up to a half hour of planning/coordination to make recommendations on lodging, restaurants, vendors (hair/makeup, wedding cakes etc...)
- This elopement package is available Sunday - Friday all year round and on some Saturday's from November - March.
- Our Liability Insurance (required by many locations)
- A private online secured site where we communicate and you can find a copy of your agreement, all of our emails, maps and invoices.

Diamond Elopement Package
- Wedding officiant with a beautiful elopement ceremony incorporating your preferences on vows, readings, rituals, religious beliefs and more (upgrade to a custom-written ceremony available)
- Filing of the Marriage License you bring to the wedding. If you desire a confidential marriage license (does not require a witness), we can direct you to how to easily obtain one in town. We obtain the witness signatures and file your marriage license with the proper county clerk.
- Assistance with site selection. We can help you find the best Monterey wedding venues (some site fees/permit fees may apply)
- Two hours of professional wedding photography (you receive all edited images via digital download to share on the web and print as you wish -- no requirements to buy prints from us!). This gives you time to take some really creative shots and even change locations to give you different looks (e.g. redwoods and beach). Our photography team has a combined 50+ years of photographing weddings on the Monterey Peninsula.
- Up to an hour of planning/coordination to make recommendations on lodging, restaurants, vendors (hair/makeup, wedding cakes etc...)
- As a keepsake, your wedding ceremony, printed on parchment style paper, burned around the edges.
- Our Liability Insurance (required by many locations)
- A private online secured site where we communicate and you can find a copy of your agreement, all of our emails, maps and invoices.
- This elopement package is available Sunday - Friday all year round and on some Saturday's from November - February.
- $100 floral credit towards a beautiful bouquet (we will coordinate directly with the florist and deliver the bouquet on your wedding day).
