Super Luxe Wedding Package
Our most exclusive wedding package with choices of an arch, rehearsal, five hours of photos and more. Reception assistance is available to find and book an ideal location for your wedding celebration (only if the package is booked).
•White, wood Wedding Arch with a rose petal aisle or 2 or 4 post Bamboo Wedding arch or 2 post Birch arch (Birch available as 2 post only) or Circular Arch. Florals can be added to the arch decoration (not included but our staff can attach simple arrangements; for more elaborate designs, the florist can be hired for a nominal fee to decorate your dream arch).
• Wedding Rehearsal (the day of or the evening prior to wedding)
• Officiant to be present during rehearsal
•Award-Winning Wedding Officiant with customized ceremony. Includes one face-to-face meeting as well as unlimited emails and phone calls to discuss your wedding and the ceremony.
• Copy of your wedding ceremony, printed on parchment, burned around the edges and tied with red ribbons.
• Wedding license that you bring to the ceremony signed and mailed the next business day. We provide advice on how to best obtain your California wedding license (including the services of local notaries that can offer them conveniently in town)
• Ceremonial Assistant (3 hours on your wedding day) (see below for more information)
• Photography: Photographer will shoot for five hours (time can be spent in any way you wish - from getting ready and first look photos through the beginning of your reception). This is a very popular amount of time to shoot as she can take portraits while you are getting ready prior to the wedding, of the setting, the wedding party (and possibly the wedding couple if they wish) and then the ceremony, the guests at the wedding (group, etc.) and bride/groom portraits. She will shoot an unlimited amount of images. You will receive a link to a private online gallery within 6-8 weeks of your wedding to share with your guests/friends/family as you wish. On average, you will receive between 400 -500 images from your event (usually more). You will receive all images in high resolution, fully adjusted and edited/retouched via digital download. • Wedding Floral Credit of $150 to use as you wish (we will coordinate the order with one of the top florist in the area we have worked with for 10 years and deliver your flowers to the ceremony site)
• Music (portable sound system- two complimentary songs of your choice included and wedding background music provided while your guests are awaiting the start of the ceremony)
• Up to 20 white, wood padded wedding chairs (includes delivery). We set them up exactly as you would like! See our chairs section about adding more chairs.
• Planning and coordination of your wedding celebration from the time the wedding starts till the photographs have finished. Includes a face-to-face meeting as well as unlimited phone and email correspondence. This package is for weddings with up to 50 people in attendance (in 2023, 50 people is our maximum and only allowed with this package unless taking place at a hotel or private venue).
• Assistance with site selection (we have performed ceremonies at over 100 locations in Monterey County). We can help you find the best Monterey wedding venues. Note: We don't include any site fees, if required, in our package plans because (1) those fees vary widely and (2) they are paid directly to a city, county, hotel, or state park.
• Includes a professional microphone and stand and larger music system.
• Our Liability Insurance (required by many locations)
• A private online secured site where we communicate and you can find a copy of your agreement, all of our emails, maps and invoices.
• Note: Our packages are all flexible (adding and subtracting) but our photographer and officiant must be used (see FAQ). Since pricing on different wedding sites varies widely, our pricing does not include any wedding site fees.
