Beautiful Monterey Peninsula Hotel Weddings
We have been working with the major hotels and resorts as well as smaller inns and B&B's since our business began. Sometimes, the best location for your wedding and reception will be at a hotel. Although often times people think of hotel weddings as confined to a ballroom, most of our selections also feature a variety of outdoor spaces with views of the ocean, park or gardens.
Our wedding company does not set up weddings in parks, beaches, and cliff areas for more than 50 people. However, with our hotel partners, we have assisted with weddings with up to 300 guests!
In working with hotels, most of them provide you with the chairs and in some cases, an arch. With that being said, all of our wedding packages are flexible. You can subtract out anything from our package with the exception of our officiant and photographer. Does the hotel have a preferred florist you would rather use? No problem - all florals are removed from our package. Do they provide a natural arch with all of their wedding packages? No problem - we remove the cost of our arch rental. You can also just hire us individually or as a team as your officiant and photographer.

- With our packages, we can provide six different choices of wedding arches as well as a collection of design items to make your wedding stand out.
- Having a small wedding with a dinner reception (no dancing)? Take advantage of our free sound system and save on having a DJ.
- We know the areas around all of these hotels (for other hotel accommodations for your guests, restaurants for a rehearsal dinner, fun things to do before the wedding etc..)
- As former hotel managers, we would be more than happy to review your hotel contracts.
