Luxe Wedding Package
As a locally based Monterey wedding company, we love helping couples plan beautiful, relaxed weddings surrounded by the natural beauty of Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. Whether you are envisioning an oceanfront ceremony, a private garden celebration, or a larger gathering with family and friends, we know the best locations, trusted local vendors, and logistical details that help your wedding day feel seamless and stress-free. Designed for celebrations with up to 40 guests, our Luxe Package includes additional planning support, coordination, and personalized touches to help create an unforgettable Monterey Peninsula wedding experience.
• White, wood lattice Wedding Arch OR 2-post Bamboo wedding arch (total arch credit of $150 to be used towards any arch). Florals can be added to the arch decoration (not included, but our staff can attach simple arrangements; for more elaborate designs, the florist can be hired for a nominal fee to decorate your dream arch).
• Wedding Rehearsal (the day of or the evening prior to the wedding)
• Officiant to be present during rehearsal
• Award-Winning Wedding Officiant with a custom-written ceremony detailing your love story.
• One face-to-face meeting as well as unlimited phone calls to discuss your wedding and the ceremony.
• Wedding license (that you bring to the wedding ceremony) completed and mailed back to the county clerk's office. We provide advice on how to best obtain your California wedding license (including the services of local notaries that can offer them conveniently in town)
• Ceremonial Assistant (Two hours on your wedding day)
• Photography: The photographer will shoot for up to four hours. This is traditionally the most popular amount of time to shoot, as she can take portraits of the setting, the wedding party (and possibly the bride/groom if they wish), the ceremony, the guests at the wedding (group, etc.), and bride/groom portraits. The photographer will shoot for two hours. You will receive a link to a private online gallery within 6-8 weeks of your wedding (shorter for smaller weddings) to share with your guests/friends/family as you wish. On average, you will receive 80-120 images PER HOUR (often more) from your event (a total of up to 400 edited images). You will receive all images in high resolution, fully adjusted and edited via a digital download. • Music (portable music system with up to 3 songs of your choice for the processional/recessional music). Music can also be played just after the ceremony while the family/friend photos are being taken.
• Wireless microphone and stand
•Wedding Floral Credit of $145 to use as you wish (we will coordinate the order with one of the top florists in the area we have worked with for 10 years and deliver your flowers to the ceremony site)
•Up to 20 white padded chairs (includes delivery). Chairs are required for all guests for weddings with more than 15 people. See our chairs section for more information on adding chairs. We do have a delivery fee built in from local providers, but it can vary based on the date/company that is available, and we will let you know in advance.
• Planning and coordination of your wedding celebration from the time the wedding starts till the photographs have finished. This package is for weddings with up to 40 attendees.
• Assistance with site selection (we have performed ceremonies at over 125 locations in Monterey County). Some beach locations in particular have no site fees. We can help you find the best wedding venues in Monterey. Note: We don't include any site fees, if required, in our package plans because (1) those fees vary widely and (2) they are paid directly to a city, county, hotel, or state park.
• Reception assistance (We provide a curated list of the top restaurants in the area with private and semi-private dining rooms. We have also made a special arrangement with A Taste of Monterey, a beautiful oceanfront venue on Cannery Row in Monterey (special site fees). Contact us for details on this exclusive reception space.
• Hotel Recommendations (As 30-year residents and members of our local hospitality community, we have seen over 150 local hotels, inns, and B&Bs and can offer advice.
• Our well-researched activity guide for fun things to do for couples while you are visiting the Monterey Peninsula for your wedding.
• Vendor list (updated 2 - 3 times a year) including our local hospitality stars in the following categories: Bakeries, Floral, DJs and Live Musicians, Hair and Makeup, Transportation, Videographers, House Rentals, Specialty Wedding Decor, Spa Services, and Caterers. Let us know who you book, and we will contact them personally (sometimes, knowing that we referred them and the volume of business we provide can lead to better service).
• If you decide to add a Romantic Room Design, an upgrade that includes additional rose petals and candles. We will also contact your hotel and, using our influence, do our very best to get you upgraded for your Honeymoon night.
• Our Liability Insurance (required by many locations)
• A private, secure online site where we communicate and you can find a copy of your agreement, all of our emails, maps, and invoices.
• Note: Our packages are all flexible (adding and subtracting), but our photographer and officiant must be used (see FAQ). Since pricing on different wedding sites varies widely, our pricing does not include any wedding site fees. This package is available 7 days a week. The Luxe Package can have up to 40 people present.
