Weddings in Monterey Planning Package
In all of our wedding packages, from Elopement to Super Luxe, we provide assistance with the items and services that we provide during the ceremony. For example, with the Elegance package, we go over everything to do with your wedding ceremony, the photography, initiate your floral order for your bouquet and boutonniere, and the organization of your arch and chair set up. Often times, especially if you are not from Monterey County, you need some further assistance. Although you may not need to hire a wedding planner or day of coordinator (their fees may be in the thousands of dollars), you could use some much needed help with the rest of your wedding day. Our service fee already included in our wedding packages (built in) is nearly zero.
In our Weddings in Monterey Planning Package, we assist you with:
• Assistance with finding your vendor team. We provide the officiant, photographer and florist. But there are a lot more people that can be involved in your wedding including: Hair and Makeup, Videographer, Transportation/Limo, DJ (for your reception), bakery (for wedding cake), caterer (if you rent a private venue for your reception), and musician (if you prefer a live performance during the ceremony).
• Assistance with finding where to have your rehearsal dinner. Whether you decide to have a run-through of your ceremony the day before or not, since your bridal party and immediate family may arrive the day before the wedding, often times you will get together for dinner the night before.
• Assistance with guests activities. Are you having a destination wedding? Are people going to be in town for 2 - 3 times and looking for something to do? We can help put together a list of fun activities.
• Assistance with finding a nice place to hold your reception. If you are having an outdoor wedding, unless you want an outdoor reception, you will need to find somewhere that meets all of your needs for your wedding reception.
• Assistance with hotels. There are over 160 hotels, motels, inns and B&B's on the Monterey Peninsula and finding the right place for your wedding night as well as a place to stay for your guests, that is convenient, is quite important.
So, how can Weddings in Monterey help you?
• Vendors. Tell us what services that you need and fill out our questionnaire so that we can learn more about what you are looking for from a service professional. We will reach out to our preferred vendors (all with excellent reputations), find out if they are available, and if so, email you over their information (more about their services and fees). (BB Price based on how many they select -- for each vendor, a $50 charge)
• Rehearsal Dinner. It's the celebration before the celebration! On our questionnaire, you can let us know everything about the type of restaurant for which you are looking. We check availability and then send you all of their information including if they have private rooms, pricing and more. ($100 charge)
• Reception Venue. When the ceremony is over, people will be hungry and ready to visit with you and everyone that gathered for the ceremonies. There are many different places from which to choose -- restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, historical sites and more. Based on your answers, we will do all of the legwork and come back with at least two great options. ($150 charge)
• Hotels. Are you looking for the perfect place to stay for your wedding night? Do you want to set up rooms for your guests to stay (either a block of rooms or just a special rate)? Do you need help just deciding on a bunch of hotels you found on sites like booking.com or hotels.com. We can help you make a smart choice! (We book under our IATAN for group blocks and individuals with a small research fee $50)
You can book just one or all of these planning modules and let us assist you with having a wedding that is as stress-free as possible.
